What is the 10-Year Visionnaire Program? The 10-Year Visionnaire is a guided, eight-week program that helps people at milestone ages, especially 30 and 40, to gain clarity, confidence, and momentum toward a long-term life vision. The program is available in-person and virtually. Through reflection, conversation, and creative tools, participants chart a meaningful course for the next decade.
-
Who is the program for?The Program is for people who are motivated by self-improvement, and who are approaching or entering a new chapter, whether that’s turning 30, 40, or simply sensing that life is calling for more intention. If you are curious, driven, and open to growth in community, you will feel a sense of meaning and purpose here.
-
What can I expect to gain by the end of the eight weeks?By the end of the program, you will walk away with a clear understanding of who you are through discovering your strengths, exploring your values, and identifying your priorities. You will engage a deeper understanding of your vision and move toward it in real time. The program will allow you to build meaningful connections with others on a similar path as additional guidance and support.
-
How is this different from a traditional coaching program or therapy? While therapy often looks to the past and coaching focuses on helping to move a client forward, this program is future-oriented and holistic. The program is fully guided, blending self-reflection, group connection, and purposeful content, all within a structured, creative container that is both practical and inspiring.
-
Who created the program and what is their background? The program was created and designed by Jack Azar, a professional coach and facilitator with a background in transformational learning and group process. Jack brings warmth, clarity, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to envision and step into a meaningful life. Having fulfilled many life goals and navigated through difficult terrain, Jack has the depth of knowledge and breadth of scope that is needed to understand where people currently are in their journey.
-
What does the eight-week structure look like? Each week features a themed session focused on a key part of the 10-year visioning process. Sessions include a mix of individual reflection, group discussion, and guided exercises. Take home exercises are a main feature of the program, allowing participants to reflect on their journey between sessions. The journey is thoughtfully paced to support insight and integration.
-
How much time should I plan to commit each week?Whether conducted in-person or virtually, each session is 60-minutes long and occurs once a week. We recommend setting aside two to three hours for take home exercises, and reflecting on findings and insights between sessions. The program is designed to fit into full lives without feeling overwhelmed. Email support is available among the group cohort and the coach between sessions.
-
What happens in a typical session?Every session begins with aligning on the group's Ways of Working (ground rules set by the group), reviewing each participant's program objective, and reflecting on insights and findings from the previous week's take home exercise. The remaining time is spent focusing on the session's theme and review of the following week's assignment. Participants engage in both solo work and group sharing, with tools and prompts to guide the process throughout the program.
-
Is this a group program or individual coaching?Although individual coaching is available for the 10-Year Visionnaire, we encourage participating in the small-group format, designed to cultivate shared insight, mutual support, and meaningful conversation. While it isn’t one-on-one coaching, participants often describe it as deeply personal and tailored to their growth.
-
How many people will be in each cohort? Each cohort includes no more than six (6) participants. This size allows for rich dialogue and connection, while still giving space for everyone to be seen and heard.
-
Is this program confidential?Yes. We take confidentiality seriously. Every program that we offer is kept confidential. What is shared in the group, stays in the group. We cultivate a respectful, trusting environment throughout the program, starting from Day One.
-
Will I leave with a tangible 10-year plan? You will leave with a living vision. Not a rigid roadmap, but a deeply personal compass that reflects your values, strengths, and priorities. You will also create concrete next steps to bring that vision to life, including a network of resources and support toward the end of the program.
-
What if I don’t have a clear vision yet. Will this still help me?Yes. The program is designed to help you discover and shape your vision, even if you are starting from uncertainty. Many participants begin with questions, not answers, and that’s exactly where the journey begins.
-
How do you help us turn our vision into action? Each session includes opportunities to translate reflection into momentum. By the end, you will identify aligned next steps, create a simple action plan, and build accountability through peer support and community. Workshops and check-ins will also be available throughout the year and made exclusively available to program alumni.
-
Are there any alumni opportunities after completing the program?Yes! We are building a growing community of Visionnaires who stay connected through social media groups, seasonal gatherings, and workshops. Once you are in, you are part of the family.
-
I’m not turning 30 or 40. Can I still join?Yes. While the program was designed with these milestone ages in mind, it’s ultimately about stepping into the next chapter of your life, whatever age that may be. If you feel drawn to the work, we welcome you.
-
Do I need any prior coaching or self-reflection experience to participate? Not at all. We will guide you step-by-step. All you need is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to engage.
-
I’m in a busy season. Can I still participate fully?Yes, the program is intentionally paced to support people with full lives. If you are able to commit to weekly, one-hour sessions and set aside time for reflection in between them, then you should be well prepared to engage in the program. Many find it energizing rather than draining, like a weekly anchor point and accountability for themselves.
-
Do I need to know exactly what I want out of the next 10 years to start? Not at all. In fact, that’s the whole point. This program is designed to help you clarify what matters most and shape a future vision that feels both authentic and exciting, even if you are starting from a place of uncertainty.
-
How much does the program cost? The cost for a spot in the group program is $965 per person. A group of four or more who registers for the program gets a 30% discount ($675 per person). The cost includes all eight sessions, curated materials, two, 20-minute pre- and post-program calls with the coach, and ongoing support during the program. One-on-one sessions are also available for $1,255 per person.
-
What's included in the price? You will receive eight facilitated group sessions, digital take home worksheets (also available in hard copy for in-person programs), curated prompts and tools, an optional two, 20-minute, one-on-one check-ins throughout the program, and connection with a thoughtful peer community.
-
Do you offer discounted rates for groups?Yes! When you register as a group of four or more, each person receives a 30% discount off the regular rate of $965. That brings the cost down to $675 per person. To receive the group rate, the entire group amount must be paid upfront by one lead member before anyone can officially register. From there, the lead is welcome to collect repayment from friends however they prefer (Venmo, PayPal, etc.).
-
What happens if someone from our group has to drop out?For group registrations of four or more: if someone in your group can’t attend, it is the lead group member’s (the person who registered or coordinated the group) responsibility to find a replacement and let the coach know as soon as possible. If the spot isn’t filled 48 hours before the program's start date, the remaining participants will be financially responsible for the vacant seat at the discounted group rate of $675 per person.
-
What is your refund or cancelation policy? You can cancel for a full refund (minus a $75 registration fee per person) up to 48 hours after you have registered for the program. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after this 48 hour post-registration window for both group and individual registrants. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of the program for everyone involved. Please email us at hello@glideview.co to request a cancellation or change. We appreciate your understanding.
-
Do you offer payment plans or financial assistance?Yes, we offer flexible payment options and a sliding scale when a promotion or discount is not available. We believe this work should be accessible. If this program resonates with you, then we are happy to speak with you about what’s possible. Please note that the cost of the program must be paid in full before you may register.
-
Can I speak with someone before signing up?Of course! We offer 20 minute exploratory calls to answer your questions and help you decide if the program is a good fit. Reach out to hello@glideview.co to schedule a time.
