Overall Wellness Program

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle requires dedicated time & commitment in a society that already consumes much of our attention.

The Overall Wellness Program addresses a variety of areas that we all have in common, including sleep, exercise, nutrition, stillness (time for ourselves), and social needs. We have the propensity to increase the quality of our lives when we are deliberate about taking action to improve these wellness areas.

 

The program is designed for people who understand that life obstacles often get in the way of their growth. The Overall Wellness Program will encourage participants to push the 'reset button' and get out of their comfort zone to engage a healthier, more optimal way of living.

About the Program

Participants will explore the health benefits and emotions that are derived from maintaining a lifestyle that favors their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. They will leverage the support of the group which shares the same motivation for self-improvement. Participants will create a healthier relationship with each wellness area and hold each other accountable to achieve their program objectives.

The program is designed for people who understand that life obstacles often get in the way of their growth. They know that their habits and routines limit, stifle, or prevent them from making healthy choices that benefit their wellness. The Overall Wellness Program will encourage participants to push the 'reset button' and get out of their comfort zone to engage a healthier, more optimal way of living.

What's Included

  • Pre-program Call to wrap-up program journey and offer reflection
     

  • Post-program Call to align on participant needs and expectations, including answer any questions.
     

  • Follow-up Emails of session content review and engage extracurricular awareness
     

  • Resources & Support from the group during and after the scheduled program.
     

  • Digital Certificate of Completion from GlideView Collective
     

  • Optional: Two, 20-minute 1:1 Coaching Sessions may be purchased and used within the program duration.

Modulated Programs

All programs are built on modules that correspond with its focus area. Programs can be customized according to the client’s needs and interests with a variety of topics to choose from. One module is equal to one session.

Programs are designed for a group of employees to engage and participate as a cohort. The cohort is created to build trust and support for each other during the program and well beyond its completion.

We request no more than eight participants per scheduled program. This quantity preserves the intimacy and connection that is created as a result of our program design.

In-Person Learning

Programs are facilitated at our client’s location—in their office. They are conducted in person to cultivate meaningful connections in real-time and to support a seamless integration in the workplace.

The cohort creates a trusting and safe environment from Day One. Each session tracks that group members continue to preserve their trust, safety, and connection throughout the program.
