GlideView Collective is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and inspiring space for personal growth. Whether you are attending an in-person event, joining an online program, or engaging with our community in any format, these guidelines help ensure that every participant feels safe, valued, and heard.

By participating in any GlideView Collective program, you agree to the following:

 

1. Respect One Another

We welcome diverse perspectives and open conversation, but mutual respect is non-negotiable. Listen with curiosity, speak with kindness, and assume good intentions.

 

2. Protect Privacy

What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Do not screenshot, forward, or disclose personal stories or information shared by others without their explicit permission.

 

3. Confidentiality & Care

Treat personal stories or reflections shared during any program with confidentiality. This is a space for honesty and vulnerability, and we honor that trust.

 

4. Recording & Media Use

• Recording by attendees in any format (video, audio, or screenshots) is not permitted.

• Photos or video may be taken during events by GlideView representatives for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify us in advance or upon arrival.

 

5. Intellectual Property

Only share content you own or have permission to use. This includes honoring the intellectual property of others and GlideView Collective. Materials provided during programs are for personal use only and may not be copied, reposted, or distributed outside the group without permission.

 

6. Engage with Integrity

Show up honestly and authentically. Share your experiences, not unsolicited advice, unless it’s requested. We grow by listening as much as we speak.

 

7. Participation is Optional

You are welcome to engage in discussions or activities, but participation is never required. Your comfort matters.

 

8. No Sales or Spam

This is a space free from promotions, solicitations, and self-promotion. Please refrain from posting sales pitches, product links, or unsolicited messages. We focus on meaningful connection and shared growth.

 

9. Zero Tolerance for Harassment

Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks of any kind will not be tolerated. Everyone deserves to feel safe and valued here.

 

Enforcement
GlideView Collective reserves the right to remove any participant from a program, event, or community space (without refund, if applicable) for violations of this Code of Conduct.
