The Group Program for Executives is designed for people who can conceptualize the big-picture and who have what it takes to spearhead change, for oneself and within the company. The outcome not only elevates the quality of work across the organization, but strengthens business partnerships with clients and vendors by simply reframing an executive’s perspective.

The Group Program for Executive's goal is to elevate an executive’s awareness around work. This high-level program invites participants to step back and understand who they are and the influence they carry in their role, both as a professional and as a person. The program conveys how the executive's perspective affects the work they engage in and the impact they have within their department and across the organization.
Program Design
The Group Program for Executives comprises of colleagues who hold a similar rank within the company. Executives who participate in the program will experience a transformation in their perspective. The program is a seven-session series of resources that will elevate both group and individual awareness around work, facilitated by a professional coach.

Professional Insights Modules
Professional Insights Modules put an executive's role into perspective. Sessions focus on personal attributes that convey the values an executive brings to the workplace. The content addresses professional traits that are relevant to them as a department leader and fosters connections among fellow executives.

In-the-Moment Discovery Modules
Discovery Modules guide participants to acknowledge their method of thinking and establish boundaries to enhance work-life balance. The modules help the executive to create space between work and personal life, encouraging them to engage both areas with clarity and intention.

Program Features & Benefits

Modulated Programs
All programs are built on modules that correspond with its focus area. Programs can be customized according to the client’s needs and interests with a variety of topics to choose from. One module is equal to one session.

Program Cohort
Programs are designed for a group of employees to engage and participate as a cohort. The cohort is created to build trust and support for each other during the program and well beyond its completion.

Groups of Eight
We request no more than eight participants per scheduled program. This quantity preserves the intimacy and connection that is created as a result of our program design.

In-Person Learning
Programs are facilitated at our client’s location—in their office. They are conducted in person to cultivate meaningful connections in real-time and to support a seamless integration in the workplace.

Ways of Working
The cohort creates a trusting and safe environment from Day One. Each session tracks that group members continue to preserve their trust, safety, and connection throughout the program.
