To be an effective leader requires managers to live by their values and make choices that strengthen the team. The goal of the program is to allow the manager to see their colleagues as a person with lived experience—not just as the role they were hired to fill. This creates a safe, trusting space for their team to show up as they are in the workplace. Doing so will allow the manager to recognize their team’s strengths and interests, as well as their own.

Employees will quit bad managers  before they quit their job.

1

Managers have the propensity to be the most influential person in an organization. Effective communication is at the crux of their influence. Trust is built when a manager creates an open culture that invites their team members to speak comfortably about any subject - not just work - on a regular basis.

Managers influence at least 70%
of employees' engagement.

Great managers manage their way.

2

A manager who is intent about establishing meaningful connections will cultivate stronger relationships with their team members. This openness equips the team to be resilient in times of uncertainty and agile when changes occur outside of their control.

Program Design

The Group Program for Managers invites participants to increase self-awareness and support their teammates where needed. Managers who participate in the program will broaden the relationship they have with their team. The program is a seven-session series facilitated by a professional coach.

Professional Insights Modules

Professional Insights Modules address professional areas that are valuable to the manager on a personal level. The content conveys individual traits that are relevant to them as a team leader, including closing the gap between their expectations and what they bring to their role as manager.

In-the-Moment Discovery Modules

Discovery Modules invite managers to think about where they are today based on their personal experiences, professional expertise, and existing resources. This includes exploring individual qualities that align with their professional responsibilities and interests.
