GlideView Collective

GlideView Collective is a privately owned, boutique consulting and coaching services company that partners with companies in both private and public sectors. Our aim is to strengthen relationships both within an organization and with the company's existing partnerships. We do this by developing and facilitating small group programs for executives and employees, which are conducted on-site of our client’s offices.

GlideView’s small group programs offer employees a safe, intimate space that encourages expanding awareness and connecting with colleagues around professional and personal topics that matter. Giving employees the opportunity to make bold moves and to be fully expressive with their colleagues—in a space where they feel valued, supported, and heard without putting their careers on the line—will elevate their overall sentiment around work, their colleagues, and the company as a whole.
