Jack Azar
Jack Azar founded GlideView Collective in 2021, a boutique company that offers small group programs to individuals and organizations who are motivated by personal growth that touch on fundamental areas of life. Jack was raised in the picturesque town of Summerland, California as third-generation, with familial roots tracing back to the mountainous region of Douma, Lebanon.
His professional journey began early, taking his first job at a restaurant at just twelve years old. Jack has demonstrated a versatile career path over the last 25 years and counting, working in more than ten industries across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors across the Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, and New York City regions. He pursued higher education at San Francisco State University, earning an undergraduate degree in Communication Studies.

In addition to his diverse work experience, Jack holds an Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, reflecting his dedication to personal and professional growth. Jack continues to develop his awareness by turning obstacles into opportunities. He believes that challenges are where the answers exist in becoming a better version of one's self. These reflective moments have led him to explore the complexities of his psyche, recognizing critical aspects of his identity that were left unintentionally neglected and newly discovered. Introspection has allowed Jack to reevaluate his daily experiences and lifelong relationships from a new and empowering perspective. GlideView was established from the culmination of these intimate experiences, sharing these insights with others by developing the Fundamental Areas of Life group coaching programs.
Jack permanently resides in his hometown of Summerland, California, embodying the profound growth and transformation he encountered while living in New York City. He enjoys being socially active with friends and meeting new people. Jack also enjoys an active life hiking, swimming, and running, including riding his motorcycle for pleasure.
