Taking inventory of our health requires dedicated time and commitment in a society that already consumes much of our bandwidth. The Overall Wellness program addresses a variety of areas that we all have in common, including sleep, exercise, nutrition, stillness (time for ourselves), and our social needs. We can increase the quality of our lives when we give our undivided attention to these areas. Group members engage in topic-relevant conversations to discover how these areas exist in their own lives, sharing ideas and finding solutions to increase the quality of their overall well being.

The content will focus on one area per session, giving employees enough time to focus on what they wish to improve. Habits, values, and existing behaviors will be addressed to inspire participant alignment on their program objectives in a cohort that shares the same motivation for self-improvement. Participants will leverage the support of the cohort to hold themselves accountable to goals and objectives that they declare at the beginning of the program as well as after each session.
