
Overall Wellness Program
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle requires dedicated time and commitment in a society that already consumes much of our attention. The Overall Wellness Program addresses a variety of areas that we all have in common.

Sleep, exercise, nutrition, stillness (time for ourselves), and social needs are areas we all have in common. We have the propensity to increase the quality of our lives when we are deliberate about taking action to improve these wellness areas.
The program is designed for people who understand that life obstacles often get in the way of their growth. The Overall Wellness Program will encourage participants to push the 'reset button' and get out of their comfort zone to engage a healthier, more optimal way of living.

Program Features
Group & 1:1 Sessions
The program is designed to be conducted for both group & individual coaching. Groups are capped at eight (8) participants per program.

Program Objective
All participants declare a personal objective from the start of Session One. This creates relevance & accountability throughout the program.
