GlideView Collective is a privately owned, boutique consulting services company, headquartered in New York State. We partner with companies in the private sector across all industries, from start-ups to mid-sized organizations. Our aim is to strengthen relationships both within an organization and with the company's existing partnerships across their portfolio. We do this by developing and facilitating small group programs for executives and employees, which are conducted on-site of our client’s offices.

Working With Us

A company is as fit for growth as their employees feel resourced and aligned. Our clients believe that a company is inherently innovative, competitive, and agile by way of investing in their most valuable resource…the employee. The client understands that their organization prospers when their employees feel comfortable to show up as they are, and as they wish to at work. Not recognizing an employee’s individuality stunts learning and development, inhibiting them from feeling fully expressive and for the company to thrive. Honoring an employee’s lived experience separate from the role they were hired to fill reassures the value they bring to their work and to their colleagues.

‘Work’ is less about the work and more about the relationships an employee cultivates within the workplace.

Employee sentiment is the barometer that measures a company’s propensity to be successful, predicated on retention, morale, and performance. Not all people are comfortable working in a physical office, though a company thrives when their employees feel confident and aligned to express themselves authentically. A sense of belonging is a fundamental human need, yet those who take themselves as seriously as they do their work may feel weary about expressing themselves in the workplace. Where an employee feels undervalued or whose needs go unnoticed will eventually cost the company to lose out on untapped, existing resources, including the employee themselves. This results in expending additional time and money to rehire and onboard their replacement and for the rest of the team to get acquainted with their new member.

GlideView’s small group programs offer employees a safe, intimate space that encourages expanding awareness and connecting with colleagues around topics that matter. Giving employees the opportunity to make bold moves and to be fully expressive with their colleagues—in a space where they feel valued, supported, and heard without putting their careers on the line—will elevate their overall sentiment around work, their colleagues, and the company as a whole.
