What to expect going forward...
Step 1: Registration Form, Hold your Spot
Thank you for submitting your registration form. At this time, please be on the lookout for an email that includes the Client Agreement.
Step 2: Review & Sign Client Agreement
Please allow a few hours from when you submitted the registration form to receive the Client Agreement via email. (Note that it could end up in your junk folder.) You will have the opportunity to review and sign the agreement digitally. For participants registering as a group, each person is required to sign and submit their own agreements before an invoice is sent.
Step 3: Invoicing, Pay for Program
Once we receive the signed Agreement(s), you will be sent an invoice that reflects the cost of the program. For groups, payment must be made in full (in a single transaction) before registration is finalized and confirmed. Program registration is confirmed once the invoice is paid in full.
Step 4: Confirm Program Schedule, Dates & Time
Your participation and registration for the program is confirmed upon receiving full payment. We will send you an email confirming the dates and time we will meet, including an invite to create your GlideView online account, if you haven't already.
Step 5: Discovery Form & Pre-program Call
In the same email above, you will be sent a link to schedule your 20-minute, pre-program call along with a link to fill out the discovery form. Please make sure to fill out the discovery form before scheduling a call. These combined will kick start the program onboarding process.
Step 6: Welcome Email & Program Details
This step is the official program kickoff. An email will be sent to the group, introducing each participant to each other including resources that you will reference throughout the program.
