Fundamentals of Work
Work plays a big part on how we exist in the world. It shapes our identity and influences how we relate with others. Yet, it consumes a significant amount of our time and energy and plays a significant role in our economic life.

The program will guide participants to set clear boundaries that communicate where work begins and where it ends. The program invites participants to evaluate what work means to them and address areas that stimulate curiosity and insight. Participants will understand the strengths they possess and unveil opportunities to improve their relationship with work.
The program is designed for people who understand that there is more to life than 'work', but find it difficult to not think about work during non-working hours.

Program Features

Ways of Working
Group members cultivate a trusting and safe environment from Day One. Each session begins with reviewing program guidelines created by the group, intended to hold members accountable to preserve connection throughout the program.

In-Person Learning
Face-to-face is the richest form of communication. Therefore, all programs are conducted at our client's offices. Group participants will engage in meaningful conversations in real-time and glean insights that typically go unrecognized on a virtual platform.

Groups of Six
Group programs are reserved for a maximum of six participants at any time. This preserves the quality of participation and assures the intimacy and connection that results from our programs.
