Please fill out the form below to indicate which slots you would like to take the program. Note that your selection is not confirmed until you and each additional participant (for groups) has signed the Client Agreement and paid for the program in full.

All in-person sessions will take place at the GlideView offices, located at 735 State Street, Suite 422 in Santa Barbara.

Participant Information (Group Members)

If your group exceeds four people, please email hello@glideview.co with their names and email addresses for processing.

Please note: Upon submission, you will shortly receive an email to the Client Agreement for your review and signature. An invoice will be sent once the agreement has been signed. To guarantee registration, all participants must sign the Client Agreement and full program payment must be received.


Groups of Four or More:

A link to the Client Agreement will be emailed to you and each group member for everyone's review and signature. Once all agreements have been signed, an invoice will be sent to you (registrant) as the lead participant. Payment must be made in full, in a single transaction before registration is finalized and confirmed.
