A company is as fit for growth as their employees feel resourced and aligned.

We believe that a company is inherently innovative, competitive, and agile by way of investing in their most valuable resource - their employees. The amount of time, money, and attention it takes to rehire and onboard a replacement can instead be used to build a prosperous work environment, enabling both employees and the business to thrive. Organizations have the privilege to focus on building capacity when turnover is low and morale is high, all the while offering employees the resources they need to feel safe and supported in the workplace.

Where employees feel undervalued or whose needs are unmet will eventually cost the company to lose out on untapped, existing resources, including the employee themselves. When feedback from tenured employees is disregarded and when an exiting employee's reason for leaving is not received as an area for improvement, then companies are subject to repeating processes or behaviors that result in an employee's dissatisfaction, or worse, their resignation.

To not adhere to the employee's needs stifles company growth and compromises business partnerships. The repercussions of losing an employee are crippling, both psychologically and to the bottom line. As tens of thousands of dollars are spent to rehire and onboard their replacement, time and attention is needed for the rest of the team to get acquainted with their new member and adapt to their way of working.

Don't jeopardize losing the company's most valuable resource...your employees.

Group Program Overview

GlideView offers a portfolio of small group programs that foster cultural cohesion and camaraderie in areas related to professional development and personal growth. Each program creates an intimate space of trust, psychological safety, and connection from Day One for participants to cultivate a sense of belonging within the workplace and increase their likelihood to grow within the organization. Recognizing an employee’s individuality aside from the role they were hired to fill acknowledges the values they bring to their work and to their colleagues.

Group programs allow employees to connect with their colleagues across topics that matter, developing an awareness and improving overall sentiment around work. This gives employees an opportunity to make bold moves and to be fully expressive with their colleagues—in a space where they feel valued, supported, and heard without jeopardizing their career.

Program Features & Benefits

Modulated Programs

All programs are built on modules that correspond with its focus area. Programs can be customized according to the client’s needs and interests with a variety of topics to choose from. One module is equal to one session.

Program Cohort

Programs are designed to have a group of employees engage and participate as a cohort. The cohort is created to build trust and support for each other during the program and well beyond its completion.

Groups of Eight

We request no more than eight participants per cohort. This quantity preserves the intimacy and connection that is created as a result of our program design.

In-Person Learning

Programs are facilitated at our client’s location—in their office. They are conducted in-person to cultivate meaningful connections in real-time and for seamless integration in the workplace.

Ways of Working

The cohort creates a trusting and safe environment from Day One. Each session tracks that group members continue to preserve their trust, safety, and connection throughout the program.

Program Objective

Each employee declares a personal objective at the beginning of the program. This creates program relevance with the support of their colleagues, who glean insight from their unique voices and perspectives.
