The Ten-Year Visionnaire is a structured, self-guided program that supports individuals turning a milestone age to design the next decade of their lives with purpose. Developed using the Decade Design Model, inspired by the Decade Lens, the Ten-Year Visionnaire guides participants on a five-phase journey of Awareness, Reflection, Alignment, Direction, and Action, each intended to move directionally, from insight to execution. Throughout the program, participants gain clarity on their current reality, refine what appears to be important, and translate findings into an audacious plan of action for a decade created on their terms.

The following outlines each session of The Ten-Year Visionnaire and how the Decade Design Model is integrated throughout the participant’s journey.
Session 1: Awareness
Identify What Still Feels Alive & Address the Reality of Current Circumstances
Beginning on Day One, you will develop a solid foundation of awareness by declaring what you want to accomplish throughout the program and clearly express your personal intention for taking it. From there, you will bring what has been lingering beneath the surface into view, including the goals, desires, and dreams that still feel alive, even the ones that may no longer support you. Session One is about sharpening focus on where you are today, what matters to you right now, and how you relate to what has surfaced to your consciousness.
In each session going forward, you will revisit and modify your personal intention, program objectives, and draw awareness to your breath to anchor in the present and ensure that the program remains relevant to your priorities from beginning to end.

Session 2: Reflection
Examine Past Choices & Identify Recurring Patterns
Session Two focuses on looking back with intention to better understand how your past has shaped where you are today. By revisiting key experiences, recognizing the roles you have adopted across different areas of life, and acknowledging accomplishments and moments you are proud of, you begin to see patterns, decisions, and influences with greater clarity. This reflection is intended to develop your awareness. By understanding what has influenced your path, you create a more grounded and informed perspective for what comes next.
Key shifts include moving from “this is just how life is” to “this is how life has unfolded”, recognizing how life circumstances have happened and understanding in how they have unfolded, and navigating established memories to transform them into structured insight. These shifts create self-awareness in context with your life journey.

Session Three deepens reflection by examining the external influences and expectations that have shaped your decisions, often without conscious awareness. As you begin to question where those expectations came from and whether they still hold true, you create space to reconnect with what matters. By defining your strengths, clarifying your values, and articulating a vision for the next decade, you start to distinguish between what feels aligned and what no longer fits. This session marks a shift from inherited direction to intentional clarity, grounding your future in what rings true for you.

This session is about seeing your progress clearly so you can move forward with confidence and intention.
