TEN-YEAR VISIONNAIRE PROGRAM
Frequently Asked Questions
This page answers the questions most commonly asked by prospective participants before enrolling in the Ten-Year Visionnaire Program. If your question is not addressed here, reach out directly at hello@glideview.co.
What are Program Exercises and Integrated Exercises?
The exercises in the Ten-Year Visionnaire Program fall into two types. Program Exercises are completed in-session. There are invitations to pause the video at designated moments, giving you the time and space to engage with the content before moving forward. Integrated Exercises are completed between sessions, on your own time. They are designed to slow down time and increase your awareness in your daily life. Together, these two types ensure that the work happens both inside the program and in your everyday life. The Integrated Exercises for each session must be completed before moving into the next. If you prefer to complete your exercises by hand, you will need access to a printer.
What is the Decade Design Model?
The Decade Design Model is the proprietary five-phase framework at the core of the Ten-Year Visionnaire Program. It moves through Awareness, Reflection, Alignment, Direction, and Action, in that specific sequence. Each phase builds on the one before it, transforming what becomes visible at a meaningful moment in your life into a structured, actionable plan for the decade ahead. What does the Overarching Blueprint look like when complete?
The Overarching Blueprint is a one-page summary of your most intimate and personal findings from the program. It synthesizes everything you have uncovered across the first four sessions and gives you what you need to move into the Action phase with clarity and direction.
When are the bonus videos available?
Both bonus videos are automatically available in your program console. When Good Feels Unfamiliar becomes available once you have completed Session Two and before you begin Session Three. Standing Between Two Selves becomes available once you have completed Session Five and before you begin Session Six. They are placed exactly where they belong in the program arc.
Is the program delivered as video, audio, written content, or a combination?
The Ten-Year Visionnaire Program is video-based with the option to use subtitles, giving you the flexibility to follow along visually, audibly, or by reading. Exercises can be completed according to your own learning preference, digitally or printed out and completed by hand.
How long is each session?
Each session runs between 15 and 45 minutes. That said, the length of the video is not the measure of your engagement. Every session includes moments to pause, reflect on prompts, complete your Program Exercises, and notice your breath, all of which add meaningful time to the experience. The more space you give yourself for those pauses, the greater the benefit you will receive.
